Rental Terms

When you rent furniture or decor items from us:

• You must provide accurate event information and contact details
• A deposit is required to secure your rental booking
• Full payment is due before or on the event date as specified in your rental agreement
• You are responsible for the rented items during the rental period
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 30 or more days before event: Full refund minus processing fee
• 15-29 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before event: No refund

Delivery and Setup

We provide delivery and setup services for rented furniture and decor items. Delivery times are scheduled in advance and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. You must ensure venue access is available at the scheduled delivery time.

Damage and Loss

You are responsible for any damage to or loss of rented items beyond normal wear and tear. Charges for damaged or lost items will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs. Optional damage protection is available at the time of booking.

Liability

Zakthrexshex is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur in connection with the use of rented furniture and decor items. You agree to use all rented items safely and appropriately.

Intellectual Property

All content on the zakthrexshex.world website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Zakthrexshex and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. Prohibited activities include transmitting harmful code, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the website.
